Yesterday we had a visitor in our office. He was there to watch the emergency pesticide video so that he could purchase herbicides for his pasture. This s a simple thing – people come in and watch a power point show for about 2 hours. Easy peasy. Except this time the first computer I sat him at didn’t have a CD player. Then the CD wouldn’t play in any of the computers. And it took 30 minutes to download the program from the website. Finally the gentleman was all set up and could watch the program.
