Concerning the End of Time on Earth
The Day and Hour Unknown
During the past certain people have predicted a date they said the earth will end, but it did not happen. Though we are given some signs, God does not estimate time as man does: a thousand years are as a day with Him. Since man doesn’t know that time, we should be prepared because we know not when the death angel will come for us or when Jesus will return for His Church. Jesus hasn’t returned for those trusting Him, but His invitation remains: Behold! I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him and he with Me.”
Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thanks for Your patience and compassion to Your children. Give each who reads these devotions that same compassion for others. We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
