God Wants To Speak To Your Heart

I dreamed about my sister the other night. She was so elegant and beautiful. She appeared as her young self in my dream. Even so, she was married and my brother in law was in the dream as well. We walked through her house together and that was about all the dream it was. When I woke up I felt it was so precious to be with her.

Oh beloved, what is the Lord speaking? Why do we dream dreams? Because God wants to speak to our hearts. Why dream about someone who is long gone to heaven?
God wants you and I to know that He has everything in His hands, including our loved ones. Nothing passes without His notice. No one escapes His care. He also wants us to know that we can live a youthful life even when we are older. And He wants us to know that in heaven things are absolutely wonderful. As one of our pastors used to say, “heaven is everything you ever thought it would be and yet oh so much more”.

God is speaking over you this morning. Not an illness, not a sorrow, not a storm, not a care is without His tender loving oversight on you. He sees your situation, but He focuses on you. He says you see your situation too, but focus on Him. Your life is not composed of nor chained to situations of life. Your life is in Christ – you no longer have to live for the hopes of earth. Neither do you have to live under the fears of life. What happens here is just vapor and mist with regard to heaven. It is worthy of your time to give it all to Jesus. But nothing is meant to change you here. My sister appeared as a youthful, beautiful young version of herself, she was radiant. We are youthful in new birth, beautiful in Holy Spirit and promised to be forever alive in heaven without the encumbrances of earthly things. But we also can live this life as one who is born again and lives seated in heavenly places with Him!

God loves you and He’s for you. Run to Him this morning and give Him all the baggage that makes you haggard and feeling old before your time. Thank Him for the reprieve from the load. His pardon at the cross has already secured your brand new eyes and outlook. Seek His face, read His Word, pray in the Spirit. And live in the Light of His promises that are yes and amen to you!
