Help Me Continue Jesus’ Ministry

Matthew 28:16-17 “And Jesus came and said all authority had been given Him; so go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all He had commanded them always to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28: 18-20  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Though it has been over two thousand years since Jesus gave that command, as He said during His ministry, the fields still are white for harvest, but laborers are few. Have you and I asked Him what we can do to help?

During recent days after experiencing debilitating effects of illness and being almost completely dependent on my elder son for my daily needs, I remember my motto is wear out; not rust out, and am trying to make my old life available to God in ways He can use me. At age one hundred I have a book Memories of a Centenarian available to any interested, and currently have two other books available titled, Saul, the Persecutor, becomes Paul, the Perseverer, and another book titled God is not Finished with Me.

And when reminded I had not written and submitted devotions in recent days, this is the third series of devotions written. So my old arthritic right forefinger has been busy!

Prayer: Heavenly Father, please accept my humble thanks for an alert mind, being able to use a computer, and the ability to share my thoughts with others. And thank You Jesus, for Your love and compassion. Amen.
