Housekeeping Day 2

My mother was a great housekeeper. How she did it was amazing. She worked into her 70’s but the house was always neatly kept and she even had time to make curtains, refinish furniture, and more. She was very talented and never seemed to tire of keeping it all in order. She enjoyed it all. I think it was her doing a little here and there that kept it all together. She didn’t wait until there was overflowing laundry or messy floors – she did things a little at a time every day.

Oh beloved, are you feeling the load of laundry that you just haven’t gotten to? Maybe you thought you were content with a little Sunday service and a quick bite of spiritual food once or twice a week. But now there’s a pile of “stuff” and you don’t know what to do with it. You’ve not dealt with anger or frustrations and now you just feel overwhelmed with it! Run to Abba Father this morning and hand Him your stuff. He will take it and make sense of the mess and even clean it up from within and without. He’s a merciful God who loves to teach His children how to better use their time and reap rewards eternal throughout the day.

God loves you and He’s for you! This will lighten your load every time you recite it. Rejoice in His Presence and relax in His plans as you live in the Light of His Glory & Grace!

Titus 2:14 “He gave His life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us His very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds.” NLT
