Impossible Mission? Not With the Lord

Impossible mission movies are some of our favorites. I admit there are moments in those movies where I can’t look. But the idea of an underdog hero jumping buildings, escaping bombs and rescuing people, while completing the impossible mission is very appealing to me.

Oh beloved, you don’t have to watch impossible mission movies. But you do have to live through times that are literally impossible missions. And you do get to pray for friends and loved ones who are on their own impossible missions. What about your life can go from impossible to completing the scenario in victory? How can you live? How can you jump buildings of adversity, escape the bombs of the enemy and get recued?

Only the Lord. He is the God of the Impossible. He takes everything in your life and mine that looks completely impossible and completes the mission of life with overwhelming victory. Death cannot even hold you. You are born again to a Living Hope. That includes after this life is over. But just as the hero in the movies, keeps going against all odds, you too, will need to keep going against all odds. If you are born again and alive in the earth today, it is for Kingdom accomplishments. And all God’s plans for you include victorious living.

Whatever you are facing you aren’t the underdog in the spirit. Maybe in the flesh, but God isn’t working through the flesh. Rather He works through His Spirit in those who belong to Him. You can’t leap buildings on your own, but in the Spirit, you can do exploits!

God loves you and He’s for you. That’s why He is your hero and gives you heroic abilities to walk in faith, defeat the enemy and live for Jesus every single day. Run to Him this morning and ask for a fresh insight into His mission for you. And live in the Light being guided by God every single day.

Luke 18:27 But He said, “The things that are impossible with people are possible with God.”

Luke 1:37 For nothing will be impossible with God.

Acts 2:24 But God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power.

Jeremiah 32:27 I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for Me?
