A lot can change in just a short while. This time last year I had no idea we would have a cute little furry friend living with us. It was one of my dreams, but all I did was dream. I don’t think I could have kept up with Rocky this time last year. But I kept dreaming. This time last year I was pretty sick. I’d had surgery and I was in terrible shape. I’d always dreamed of getting healthier and returning to my youthful weight. It looked hopeless. I kept dreaming.
Oh beloved, keep dreaming. But watch for the Light from Above. The Lord Himself knows your dreams and He knows how to achieve those dreams with you and for you. Just dreaming won’t help. But when you put reality into the dreams – there’s when the achievement begins. Maybe you have a very small dream you hope you can realize. Start there. When you reach that goal, know that God has given you the opportunity to enlarge your dream.
A dream is a goal in your heart and mind. That goal is your catalyst of heavenly things. You may need to get healthy or your dream may be something else. God will help you realize goals you can’t even believe for yet. Just put one foot in front of another and go forth for your first goal. With God it is so doable – He gives His help to His people. Don’t live in the dream without even trying the reality. I felt hopeless, but I wasn’t. You may feel hopeless now, but wow, your dream is about to become your goal. And then your goal becomes your reality!
God loves you and He is for you. Through Christ, you can do all things. And Jesus will never lead you anywhere that won’t be better for you – spirit, soul and body. His power is perfected in your weakness. That means He comes through for you at your weakest, most hopeless dream. Run to Him this morning and ask Him to help you make your dream become a reality. And live in the Light of His ability on your behalf to change things in a short time for the Kingdom and Glory of God!

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.] AMP
