This morning as I realize our refrigerator is full past capacity and bursting at the seams with leftovers, I am trying to remember what my parents did with the leftover Christmas food. Since the weekend was sunny for a change, we spent most of the two days outside. After church we came home and ate a quick lunch. One of our daughters got a new camera setup for Christmas. It’s got all the bells and whistles. She is sure enjoying photography like never before. They went out to the lake one afternoon and she took pictures of what appeared to be a group of egrets flying. The camera captures details that the naked eye cannot see by just observing. Wrapping presents is one of my favorite things to do. I get a lot of joy out of thinking about the reaction each person will have over the gift picked especially for them.
