Day 1 Prayer

    Monday: Scripture:  Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by supplication and prayer, present your petitions to God, and His peace which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. This is wonderful advice, but at age almost one hundred three. still I have not attained that goal; however, believe that I have made some progress. People Don’t Care What You Know

People don’t care what you know until they know you care. I heard the above statement yesterday and it is so true. John 11: 33 – “When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in his spirit and greatly troubled.” The best thing we can do for people when they are hurting is to listen. Open up your heart and really listen to what they’re saying, or even what they’re not saying. When people are discouraged or troubled, they don’t want advice from us, they just want to tell …

Nothing like spending time in the dentist’s office. It was also time to update all my information, so paperwork was handed to me and as I filled it out It thought about all the diseases that I could have – it is quite the list on the paperwork. Unpack Those Boxes

It’s hard to believe but we have some boxes in the shop that are still packed up from when we moved into this house nearly 20 years ago.
