Family Ties

Did you know that not every woman likes their mother-in-law? WHAT?!!?!?!?! As shocking as it is- it’s true! Many mother and daughters-in-law fuss, fight, and argue constantly! I’m sure within different families there are tons of various reasons why this might be the case, and unfortunately the finger- pointed in blame- would be aimed in many different directions. Family ties are not that easy to maintain when people do not see eye-to-eye. If you happen to love your mother-in-law GREAT! Me Too! If not, just pretend for a bit… things will just go smoother here if you do. I believe …

Do I Love Him?

Do I love my husband? Of course I do. How do I show it? Normally, when I want to show my husband I love him, I’ll make an extra effort to do something that is important to him. Love and Marriage… And God

Love and marriage, love and marriage, go together like a horse and carriage! That old song made famous by Frank Sinatra and satirized by Al Bundy on “Married with Children” comes to my mind. We have just celebrated the love holiday all across the country. And yet, the wide chasm between crooner Frank and the shoe salesman is a good representation of how it is in the world. Women want to be sung to by Frank but many are left holding the bag for Al, the down and out man of the house. Love and marriage truly do go together, …
