Wisdom: the Pursuit

The teacher had a plan. I sure hated the idea of learning percentages in grade school. Addition and subtraction and such seemed to be enough to get by in life. Pursuit

I grew up in a home where the world stopped for sports. It was tedious living during football especially. Men ate Thanksgiving dinner in front of that televised game. They pursued their teams with their whole hearts. It was all or nothing. God reminds me this morning that there are many pursuits that put joy in the hearts of people. None so much as pursuit of Him.
